#readmethebiblegarth now includes a new recording of Psalm 1-64 in Hebrew with translation, and in the Lawful Literal Version, here: https://youtube.com/playlist?l....ist=PLvpqSEOjm625MyT
The Psalm 22 Hebrew for 2022 recording points out that in this Psalm that Yeshua referred to on the cross, it says God does not hide his face from the suffering one.
The Hebrew for 2022 recordings demonstrate the Grenache tonal reading method for the Hebrew text which brings out the meaningful divisions of verses, according to semantic meaning of the cantillation marks found in the Masoretic text.
You are correct in this way: in the use of 'pesach'/passover in the Pentateuch, it refers not to a day, but a sacrifice sacrificed in the afternoon of the 14th daytime.
In later writings, such as the New Testament, 'Pesach'/'Pascha'/'Passover' is also used as a popular title for 'The Festival of Unleaveneds', which is not merely one day, but a whole week long.
Christian groups, such as SDA and WCG derivatives have thus wrongly asserted that the 14th day is called 'Passover', and from this error have come to a wild conclusion that it might occur in the night before this day. They are in error, but think that Yeshua's Passover meal the night before the Jews' proves them correct. That is false. Both the Jews and Yeshua would have known that Passover was eaten in the night after the 14th daytime. That in the year and month of his crucifixion they differed in their determination of which day was the 14th, is not difficult to conceive, and provides a better explanation of the apparent discrepancies in the Gospels, than the Christian assumption above, and the assumption that the Gospels are incorrect.

Thought for Today: Thursday April 07:
Do not long for the absence of problems in your life. That is an unrealistic goal, since in this world you will have trouble. You have an eternity of problem free living reserved for you in heaven. Rejoice in that inheritance, which no one can take away from you, but do not seek your heaven on earth. Begin each day anticipating problems, asking YHVH to equip you for whatever difficulties you will encounter. The best equipping is His Living Presence, His Hand that never let go of yours. Discuss everything with Him. Take a light-hearted view of trouble, seeing it as a challenge that you and YHVH together can handle. Remember, He is on your side and He have overcome the world.
