Two meanings:
1) Those who already understand righteousness and are living it, don't need to be instructed.
2) Those who believe they are righteous despite their disobedience are unable to hear instruction in righteousness.

People typically don’t engage in normal conversation on the topic of ‘evil’, although maybe a glancing discussion when they see something in a news headline or a movie/TV show that portrays something as they perceive as evil. Self sovereignty is one of the biggest problems in the body... Sha'ul was writing to covenanted Israelites... That is what Romans 7-11 was all about, becoming covenanted Israel!!

Had an awesome weekend training under Dave Canterbury in Wilderness Survival. It was an intense grueling 3 days gaining knowledge to survive a 72 hr. emergency scenario, learning first-aid situations, Fire Craft, Shelter Construction and Water Collection. 80% of tasks and deliverables need to be completed to earn the Patch. Hopefully I'll be able to return for the intermediate class.
