Thought for Today: Wednesday November 03
Yahuah wants you to learn a new habit. Try to constantly say -- I love You Yeshua -- in response to whatever happens to you. If there is time, think about Who Yahuah is in all His Power and Glory; ponder also the depth and breadth of His Love for you. This simple practice will help you to see Yahuah in every situation, acknowledging His Sovereign control over the universe. When you view events from this perspective; through the light of His universal presence; fear loses his grip on you. Adverse circumstances become growth opportunities when you affirm your trust in Him no matter what. You receive blessings gratefully, realizing they flow directly from His Hand of Grace. Your continual assertion of trusting Him will strengthen your relationship with Yahuah and He will keep you close to Him.
With so much uncertainty, fear and worry I lean on this! If Yahuah cares about how the lilies of the field are dressed and the sparrows being fed, I as HIS child am cared.... LOVED. How often we forget this. We worry, then tend to beat ourselves up. Of course we are to also be good stewards, but why worry? Science has now also shown worry is bad for our health, stress kills!!
Matthew 6:25 - 34
Mat 6:25-34 ISV 25 “That’s why I’m telling you to stop worrying about your life—what you will eat or what you will drink—or about your body—what you will wear. Life is more than food, isn’t it, and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds in the sky. They don’t plant or harvest or gather food into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. You are more valuable than they are, aren’t you? 27 Can any of you add a single hour to the length of your life by worrying? 28 And why do you worry about clothes? Consider the lilies in the field and how they grow. They don’t work or spin yarn, 29 but I tell you that not even Solomon in all of his splendor was clothed like one of them. 30 Now if that is the way God clothes the grass in the field, which is alive today and thrown into an oven tomorrow, won’t he clothe you much better—you who have little faith? 31 “So don’t ever worry by saying, ‘What are we going to eat?’ or ‘What are we going to drink?’ or ‘What are we going to wear?’ 32 because it is the unbelievers who are eager for all those things. Surely your heavenly Father knows that you need all of them! 33 But first be concerned about God’s kingdom and his righteousness, and all of these things will be provided for you as well. 34 So never worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
Yahshua -- The Word made flesh (Genesis 1:3; Exodus 20; Deuteronomy 33:2–3; John 1:1, 1:14; Revelation 22:5)
was resurrection from the arc (Exodus 25:15,21)
and born as a baby in the flesh in Bethlehem (house of bread).
He came to earthly Jerusalem, to pay the penalty of the broken Covenant of Promise (Genesis 15:17),
to be --The Law out of Zion--, to be The Word from (earthly) Jerusalem, so all mankind could be taught by God- YHWH and be born from above into His kingdom (Matthew 10:7; Deuteronomy 30:11-14),
which is not of this world (Luke 17:21)~ but of Heavenly Jerusalem (Galatians 4:26; Revelation 21:2,3:12).
The-- WORD-- is Messiah. He is the WORD spoken from the beginning (John 1:1), the Word spoken at Mt Sinai and was rejected (Exodus 20:18-20; 1 Peter 2:4-7) AND the WORD that became flesh (John 1:14).
He is written on the hearts of the OVERCOMERS~ those who hear His voice and don't harden their hearts, as in the day of rebellion. (Hebrews 3:8; Exodus 20:18-21 --> Exodus 19:8)
This is the write up of a lesson that I taught last Shabbat.
