When the priest enters the Holiest place on Yom Kippur, he is boxed in between the Ark, the Veil, and the two poles of the Ark. God doesn't allow him a lot of leeway in conducting the day's services.
In a way, the Ark and its covering are a model of the priesthood, whether that of Melchizedek, Aaronic, family, or believer. A priest covers his people and enables them to approach God.

In Matthew 9:14-17, #yeshua responded to a question about #fasting with analogies about weddings, garments, and wineskins. What do all these things have to do with fasting? What did Yeshua mean by these parables?
The key to understanding this passage is realizing that it contains no parables at all, at least not how we usually think of them. The bridegroom, the garment, and the wineskins are analogies, and it's important not to take an analogy further than the author intended.
In this video, I explain what I think Yeshua really meant.

YHVH spoke to Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they drew near before YHVH and died...
#leviticus 16:1 #achareimot
Aaron had four sons, but like Jacob and Esau, some went God's way, others went their own way and died for it. Which way are you going?
