Welcome to TTN. I see on your website that you study and practice the spiritual sefirot wellness methods. I have never heard of it before and wonder how do you align that with your faith in Yeshua and following Torah?

I had a look and found the following explanation of "Sefirot":

The word Sefirot comes from the word “Sapir,” which means “glow” or “illumination.”

The wisdom of Kabbalah explains that there is a spiritual force of love and bestowal, which it calls “light,” and when we adapt ourselves to this force, we let it enter our desires and it shines in them. We then call the desires in which the spiritual light illuminates, “Sefirot.”

As a blood born Jew, we believe want David Ben-Gurion proclaimed in 1948 that we have freedom of religion and conscience when making Aliyah.
We believe in Yeshua but have been denied our Right of Return because of my religious belief,,, can you help us to all to return with the freedom our Declaration of Independence proclaimed in 1948??

What is your opinion about believers being involved in the cannabis industry where it is legal?

I think Victor just gave you a thumbs up, so he must be for it. ?

In my view, it is one of those grey matters that isn't addressed directly in Scripture. So I then use a general measuring stick to determine whether I would support it:

1. Does it break Torah?
2. Does it break local laws (which doesn't go against Torah)?
3. Is there a direct relational commandment that can be used to determine the legality of the matter?
4. Are there any direct impacts on my daily walk?
5. Am I setting an example which I wouldn't hide when a someone sees me? This is a sticky one as everyone has their own opinions, but can I back my belief and actions up with Scripture to show that I am not sinning?

In this example of #cannabis, my findings would be:

1. no
2. no
3. yes, in my view. The use/abuse of# alcohol. So then, is the consumption of alcohol breaking Torah? No, but we are warned to be careful as it could lead to loose morals and our neglection of our duties; which could lead to sin.
4. You didn't mention what the "involvement" would be. So, growing, packaging, selling, using, etc. That would have to be established first.
5. This would be up to every individual themselves to determine.

As for me, if I was to be a chef and there is a #glutton visiting my establishment and making a pig of themselves. Am I to blame for their gluttony and health problems? Can I legally show them the door on the basis that they are overeating themselves? (Hmm, many restaurants have tried and failed to do so when they have specials on and there is no luck to do so.)

If I therefore legally grow, package and/or sell a legal substance to a willing buyer (think along the lines of being a chef) then is that any different? You could also think along the lines of cigarettes which even has a record of being a health risk and yet I am sure that there are businesses owned by believers sells it. How many believers #smoke #cigarettes without thinking about it twice???

"Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm: for love is strong as death; jealousy is cruel as sheol: the coals thereof are coals of fire, which hath a most vehement flame." Sng 8

"Yahweh thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God." De 4

God is Love

This is why the Bible is such a violent book
