WORD FOR TODAY “Pride & arrogance”: Dan 4:37 "Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise, exalt and honor the King of heaven, for all His works are true and His ways just, and He is able to humble those who walk in pride."
SPOKEN VERSE FOR TODAY: Pro 12:3 No one is made secure by wickedness, but the roots of the righteous will never be moved.

Don’t let the fear of what your faith group will do to you when you start to question stop you from asking questions. Just keep seeking answers. What ever is labeled “Truth” is not always truth. What ever the answer to the question is, that is the Truth!

Thought for Today: Tuesday July 23
If I could only have one wish for fellow believers today, it would be that all of us would return to the Word of YHVH, that we would realize that His Word has all the answers. The Bible is the ultimate authority, the final resting place of our cares, worries, griefs, tragedies, sorrows and our surprises. It is the final answer to our questions and our searches.
We had a great practice last night for our upcoming live concert.
Tune in on August 4th on the Headmasters Homeroom show to worship with us!

For Moses writes about the righteousness that is based on the law, that the person who does the commandments shall live by them.
Romans 10:5 ESV
See Leviticus 18:5. There really is a kind of righteousness in the Law. Obedience to the commandments really does bring life. God doesn’t lie. His promises are sure.
The problem is that the blessings and curses of the Law given at Sinai are temporal. While disobedience to the written command causes a person to fall short of God’s glory and warrant eternal damnation, obedience can do nothing at all to enable a person’s eternal life once a single command has been broken. A moment of hatred for a brother costs eternity, and no amount of love will ever restore it.
For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
Romans 10:4 ESV
Did Paul really write that Christ is the termination (i.e. cancelation, death, annulment, etc.) of the Law? Only if James also wrote that compassion is the termination of God.
Telos can mean termination, but it can also mean fulfillment, culmination, climax, purpose, or aim. In Luke 22:37, this word is clearly used concerning Scripture in the sense of “central point” or “fulfillment”. In 1 Thessalonians 2:16, it means “culmination” or “fullest extent”.
