I would replace "professional" with "expert" or "experienced builder".

The only requirement for being a "professional" is that you get paid to do it. And unfortunately that doesn't always mean much. ?

Psalm 14:1, “The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt; their acts are vile.
