Good things like TTN don’t happen for free. We should think hard on how we want people like Rhy Bezuidenhout to provide for their families while working on the platform.
You won't believe how much I value your active participation in our community. Two years ago when I launched TTN, I was hoping that it would reach a point where people would be sharing their learnings, questions and thoughts.
By Father's grace, I am constantly planning for the future and exploring ways to ensure the sustainability of TTN and its growth.
Considering the costs of running the platform (server hosting, licensing and staffing costs), and our plans to expand TTN with additional tools like a public Torah-focused search engine, the upcoming ecommerce platform, and an advertising network, which option would you prefer?
Your input is crucial in this decision-making process as you are whom the platforms are for. Would you please indicate your preference, as it will play a pivotal role in shaping our platform's direction.

Pita bread using the Versatile Dough
(This is a follow-up to the https://social.ttn.place/post/....36271_versatile-doug post where you can find the recipe.)
Last night I used the versatile dough and rolled it out into 4 long pitta shaped pieces. I should have rather made 8 shorter pittas as these where giant...
I baked it for 15 seconds per side in a very hot oven and then turned it over so that the bottom also got 4 turns. My countertop gas pizza oven is very hot on the flame side, so I first put the dough length ways in until it starts to puff on the flame side and after the two ends are puffed up then I put the dough in width wise so that the middle part gets some heat.
A hot skillet works just as great to make pita bread.
I left the bread to cool and then filled it with rice, piri-piri lamb/chicken sausage pieces and salad. Oh, sorry. We forgot to buy salad for the meal. ? But a donor kebab should have salad.
Garlic mayonnaise tastes great when you coat the inside of the pita with it before adding the rest of the stuffing.
