Nobody is born perfect and complete. Growth and change are part of God's plan. We are all born as infants, weak, flawed, and in need of a circumcision of the heart. Even Yeshua had to learn and mature before he could begin his earthly ministry. This process of maturation that all creatures undergo--humans more than any other--is part of God's plan.
