The City of our King Yeshua...
May יהוה forgive us for defiling his name and twisting the teachings he gave us through Yeshua.
All glory be to HIM for he is giving us a new heart and writing his Torah on our hearts, for his glory, not for our ritgheousnes' sake.

God's anointing will be evidenced in your behavior. What are the marks God said identify His people? Holiness, generosity, and the Sabbath. Leviticus 8:12
Blood on the ear, thumb, and toe = Hear Torah, Do Torah, Walk in Torah. See Leviticus 8:23-24. #torah goggles. Filter your perception of the world through Torah. The world changes, but God does not.
Perhaps the blood wasn't anointing for office, but atoning for prior failures to hear, do, and walk in Torah. Those who would cover the people, must themselves be above reproach and thoroughly covered by Yeshua.

Teach your children that they will always be lonely when they are building walls instead of bridges. (Prayer: Abba, thank You that in my family’s worst trials we are never alone, that You are always by our side. That is why we are never afraid, amein)
And Moses brought Aaron and his sons and washed them with water.
Leviticus 8:6
The priests underwent a group mikvah (baptism) in part symbolizing their transition from ordinary Israelite to priest, dying to one life and being reborn to another.
The High Priest's holiness allowed God to live among Israel, just as Yeshua's sinlessness allows Him to live in us. An unsanctified, unwashed priest is unfit to serve as priest.
