Solomon completed construction of the Temple after 7 years, in the 11th year of his reign. Then he installed the Ark of the Covenant and consecrated the Temple 11 months later, in the 7th month of the year. I don't think there's anything especially profound about that. I just think the numerical symmetry is interesting.
