1 Peter 3:15 tells us to be ready to offer a defense for the hope we have. Let’s face it, believers are terrible at defending the Bible against even unproven science. Believers have been trained that science and spiritual matters should never cross their boundaries and they need to defend the Bible and the Creator Himself. The sacred word of our Creator needs no defense. believers need to become better at insisting accusers bring legitimate facts to their accusations instead of responding to theories and speculation.
Spiritual warfare
In order to be effective on the battlefield a soldier must be both well trained and properly equipped. The warrior must have access, as well, to both a defensive stronghold and offensive weaponry. He or she must know the enemy and be alert for surprise attacks. So, it is in our spiritual battle with satan. Determined to destroy our faith by leading us into sin and discouragement, satan attacks with blatant temptation and deceptive lies. The Bible teaches that the best weapons for this warfare are the Word of YHVH and prayer. But what does the Bible say about spiritual warfare?
Ephesians 6:10-18: Put on all of YHVH’s armour so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies and tricks of the devil. -- Spiritual warfare necessitates our being prepared fully, through prayer, faith, and truth, to defeat our spiritual enemy.
1 Peter 5:8-9: Be careful! Watch out for attacks from the devil, your great enemy. -- We must be alert at all times for the sneak attacks of the evil one.
James 4:7: Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. -- When we resist the devil in the name and power of Yeshua, he must flee from us.
Matthew 4:1-11: Yeshua told him, “No! The Scriptures say…” When under attack by satan, Yeshua relied on the Word of YHVH to resist the lies of his adversary
This came to mind while spending time with Father this morning:
It Is Time!
I hear the thundering hoofs
Of galloping horses
With millions of riders
Legions of angelic forces
With blaring shofar sounds
Declaring the coming of our King
With one A Capella voice
A call to battle they sing
Every knee shall bow and every eye shall see
Many shall hide -- more shall flee
Many will rejoice -- more shall fear
To no avail -- for the rapture is here
It is time to repent and confess
To turn away from sin and make it less
Ask for forgiveness before it is to late
Turn to Yah or hell will be your fate
The choice is only yours
Without being under force
Choose the world or choose the Most High
But choose wisely for the end is nigh
Time has come and is already here
That the anti-christ will enslave you through fear
Put on YHVH’s Armour and let us pray
Your life depends on it, night and day.

Choose to live your life here on earth for YHVH Elohiym, while you have it. Life is a splendid gift from our Creator – there is nothing small about it. Once you lose your earthly life, it is only YOU who will have to live for eternity with the choices you make here.

As far as the translator is aware, every name is now spelled with the aim of accurately reflecting the correct, historical pronunciations of these historical names according to modern phonetic English-alphabet transcription, e.g. ‘y’ not ‘j’ for the sound at the start of ‘yellow’, ‘w’ not ‘v’ for the sound at the start of ‘water’. The transcriptions in the LLV are aimed to be better than those of any English translation of Scripture made so far, because they consider not only the pointings of the medieval Hebrew texts but also the older transcriptions in Greek and Latin letters.

When I came to the truth about the Sabbath, commandments, Holy Days, and such and became a speaker, I thought those topics would be the main topics for the rest of my life. The Trinity wasn't even a thought. Like everyone, I was raised saying I believed in it, but since everybody had to say that, it was never a thing. I never once in my life thought God and Jesus were the same being and can't remember anybody saying that... until the movement started calling itself Hebrew Roots. And it was a total shock.
We were doing a round table study at our assembly and somehow this couple said Yahweh and Yeshua were the same being. Not just the confusing Trinity, they actually said Yeshua and Yahweh were the exact same being. At first I thought they were joking or something. But no, they really thought that. And then I learned a TON of people believe something like this in the Torah community. In the "Christianity is a brand new religion with a new God" faith, I can see how people believe this. But in the Torah movement?
Brothers and sisters, the gospel message is about God (being 1) sending His Son (being 2) to die for our sins. The Son (being 2) was completely obedient to God (being 1) to death and was then resurrected by God (being 1).
