“Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine, and does them, shall be like a wise man who built his house on the rock,
Mattithyahu (Matthew) 7:24 TS2009

And DOES THEM! It doesn't say merely 'whoever proclaims believe'. That's only the beginning! Religion teaches to TALK about Scripture, Scripture teaches to DO IT!

Thought for Today: Sunday October 02:

We can never grasp the horror of human sin until we realize it caused the Son of Elohiym to be crucified. Not Pilate, nor Judas or the mob – but sin… The terrible bitter cup of humanity’s sin sent Him to the cross. Yeshua prayed in those last hours: O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will. – Matthew 26:39. Why did He drink that awful cup? So that we do not have to. Sin is the second most powerful force in the universe, for it sent Yeshua to the cross. Only one force is greater and that is the Love of YHVH!

We tend to pick and choose our food based on our tastes. That's not a problem when our tastes coincide with good nutrition, but too often nutrition has very little to do with our preferences. If that's the case with physical food that we take into our bodies, what about the food that we take into our spirits?

Are you trying to be seen or waiting on Him to raise you up?

Ask yourself!

Would you be happy never being seen by anyone but Abba?

Never???

Even if you feed the widows and orphans? Can you do it completely in secret without telling ANYONE??? EVER???

No Social ME-dia?
No News ME-dia?
No Church ME-dia?
No Friend ME-dia?

When ME is involved, ME gets the glory. But glory NEVER belongs to anyones ME!

He doesn't need our ME to do anything. He simply allows ME to participate sometimes.

Time For A ME Motives Check?

Now is the time!

Based on how prophecy is portrayed in Scripture...

Legitimate Prophecy:

Receiving a communication directly from God and conveying it to other people.

Not Legitimate Prophecy:

Reading the Bible
Spiritual discernment
Gut feelings
Intuition
Cold reading
Astrology
Messages from angels, spirits, or the dead
Fortune telling
Statistical analysis
Predictions based on feelings or facts

Brother, Mary was visited by Gabriel. Without looking it up, I'm pretty confident angels delivered a lot of prophecy. Messengers and all.

If you turn back your foot from the Sabbath, from doing your pleasure on my holy day, and call the Sabbath a delight and the holy day of the Lord honorable; if you honor it, not going your own ways, or seeking your own pleasure, or talking idly; Is 58:13
