May you learn to rest in the Goodness of YHVH. When you are tempted to worry about your loved ones, may you instead rejoice that your Saviour is in their midst with an earnest Love, deep Compassion, and profound Wisdom. He longs to be gracious to them and show them His Lovingkindness. May you feel free to exhale your worries and breathe in His Promises because they are true, and they are for you. It is time to refuse angst and remember that He is Adonai Eloheinu, He is Good, and He cares about every detail of your life
Psalm 119:137-144 New International Version

137 You are righteous, Lord,
and your laws are right.
138 The statutes you have laid down are righteous;
they are fully trustworthy.

Building fences for yourself--safeguards and boundaries that keep you from getting into situations that lead to temptation--can be very helpful if you *want* to do what's right. However, if you're looking for trouble, those fences won't protect you.

If we have a loving, wise father on earth, then it is so much easier to have a healthy relationship with God.
