This is how you defeat impatience and frustration. Know that God is working. Joh 5:17, Rom 8:28

Blessed is the man whose delight is in the Torah of YHVH, and in His Torah he meditates day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.

Cut off your hair and cast it away; raise a lamentation on the bare heights, for YHWH has rejected and forsaken the generation of his wrath.
Jeremiah 7:29
The Bible never says that it's a sin to grow your hair long or to shave it all off, in fact there are times when a person was required to do both. However, in the ancient Hebrew culture, a shaved head was a symbol of humility and shame. It wasn't an honorable thing. See the Bible's treatment of lepers, war brides, priests, and Nazirites.
My first thoughts reading about the sacrifices. https://lookingforthway.blogsp....ot.com/2022/03/first
Uzzah wasn't killed because he was wicked, but because all the people treated God casually, as if His Law is optional. Israel treated the Ark contemptuously, expecting God to just go along with their made up religion. Good intentions just aren't enough.
Like Uzzah and Israel, Michal treated her husband contemptuously. Her marriage and motherhood died as a result.

Afterburn: also known in the world of fitness as the “afterburn effect”, simply put; The more intense the exercise, the more oxygen your body consumes afterward.
The same could be true as you build up your spiritual self. After an intense teaching session, you need answers as more thoughts and questions consume you in your spiritual growth.
Rabbi Steve Berkson, director of MTOI, provides an opportunity for the Afterburn to take place by additional thoughts and insight about what he just taught as well as answering questions from the local congregation and those watching the live stream.
