Parsha Noach is full of connections and parallels with other passages in Scripture. Consider these parallels with Bereishit (Genesis 1-5):

- Adam and Eve walked with God in the Garden vs Noah walked with God.
- Satisfaction vs regret in the creation of mankind
- “Let us make mankind in our own image” vs “I am about to bring ruin upon mankind.”
- “Get out of the Garden” vs “Get into the ark.”
- Separation of waters vs reunification of waters.
- Separation of land from water vs reunification of land and water.
- God planted a Garden vs Noah planting a vineyard.
- Rebellion and curse of son vs rebellion and curse of son.
- Wind over the water vs wind over the land.
- Exile and re-establishment in a harsher world.

WORD FOR TODAY “is there 1 or 2 Sabbath’s”?: Gen 2:3 Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.

SPOKEN VERSE FOR TODAY: Pro 30:4 Who has ascended into heaven and descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has wrapped the waters in His garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name or His son's name? Surely you know!

“Faith comes by hearing” positive frequencies spoken out loud hourly.

The Septuagint (LXX) is the Tanakh translated from Hebrew to Greek about 250 years before Yeshua. It was almost certainly the bible of the synagogues in the world in the first century.
The Masoretic Text is the Hebrew Bible and dates to about 900 AD. It's the source for the Old Testament for almost every printed English bible in existence.

BOTH of these sources are very valuable for study and they agree with each other almost all the time. If folks are trying to make you pick one of these over the other, you need to not listen to them. That's a false choice. Put in the work and study to show yourself approved.

If the lxx is "true" then the world is MUCH older than 6,000-7,000 years. My research places it at 7,854, but the lxx adds hundreds of years to this date. The masoretic text cant be trusted because of the graphetti (spelling?!), especially regarding the Name. There are older, more authoritive texts that disprove the "gleanings" from the masoretic defacement of the Word. If you are relying on these two sources, you are going to come up with the same errors as the NIV. The Aramaic Peshita is even more accurate than the greek. Josephus recorded in his antiquity & wars of the jews that he wrote in hebrew and had it translated to greek later. Greek was not as predominant in the middle east as some think.

So when does life start? If a single-cell organism on Mars is called "life", when what is an embryo?

We had some strange doctrines about Yeshua and Yahweh at Sukkot. Friends, if your doctrines depend on special translations or verses that must be "interpreted", start over. Here's the scoop on who Yeshua is as presented in the New Testament.
