Women’s Portion for Today: Tuesday March 26
Teach your children that they will always be lonely when they are building walls instead of bridges. (Prayer: Abba, thank You that in my family’s worst trials we are never alone, that You are always by our side. That is why we are never afraid, amein)
And Moses brought Aaron and his sons and washed them with water.
Leviticus 8:6
The priests underwent a group mikvah (baptism) in part symbolizing their transition from ordinary Israelite to priest, dying to one life and being reborn to another.
The High Priest's holiness allowed God to live among Israel, just as Yeshua's sinlessness allows Him to live in us. An unsanctified, unwashed priest is unfit to serve as priest.
I went to the registry yesterday to reapply for my learners license and was denied because I failed to take a medical exam for a seizure I had almost eleven years ago. I was late by a couple minutes; literally two minutes and they sent me away to come back in another six months, and it slipped my brain and haven't even tried since. Thankfully I wasn't driving when it happened. I was in a paintball field throwing battle snowballs, haha. Good times. Gonna see a doctor today hopefully, or at least set up an appointment for a doctor to give me a referral to see a doctor to send me to a specialist to get a test that could take between 1-2 hours and I gotta stay up all night the night before. I remember that because Ben and I hung out all night, horsing around on the farm and watching the stars. Now I gotta do it on my own. Well, you're never really alone; just without humans. Gouda morning, fellow humans! Enjoy your day and stay safe out there! Praise Yahuah! Pray for your enemies and those hating you! HalleluYah!
And assemble all the congregation at the entrance of the tent of meeting.

Mass rituals and corporate worship are important elements of community cohesiveness and the continuity of tradition and culture. We just need to make sure that we never mistake the memorials for the One we are supposed to be remembering.

Origins of the Trinity in Scripture
I came upon a video where the presenter has the following to say and I want to find out whether someone has looked at this from a Torah perspective as general commentaries are from a modern-Christian view:
In the 16th century, Erasmus, a Dutch scholar, produced the first printed edition of the Greek New Testament. This edition, relied upon by later translators including those of the King James Bible, was based on a few late medieval manuscripts. Despite its significance, it contained some inaccuracies, such as the absence of 1 John 5:7-8, known as the Johannine Comma, a passage supporting the doctrine of the Trinity. Erasmus agreed to include it in future editions if presented with a Greek manuscript containing it. Opponents then produced a Greek manuscript, likely fabricated, to meet Erasmus' condition. Despite his initial misgivings, Erasmus included the Johannine Comma in subsequent editions, shaping the text used in English Bibles, including the King James Version.
I see that the NIV has replaced the popular version of 1 John 5:7-8 with:
"For there are three that testify: 8 the Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement."
