But the disciples did not understand the saying, and were afraid to ask him.
Mark 9:32
Being afraid to discover or face the truth is common. It's a very human attitude. Even the disciples were afraid to know what #yeshua meant when he said that he must be killed and raised again on the third day.
I was happy to find out recently, a family that had moved into our area a couple years ago around the same time we relocated here. They are having fellowship in their home and my wife and I may go there soon. They are also hosting Sukkot this year and it looks good. Their dates also align with scripture so I am encouraged in finding good fellowship. Once I get my directory set up I will add a link for them.
Some people think we should stay off social media. Maybe the wordly ones. Social media can be used for good. If a person is afraid of social media, they should also stay home and not step foot out their door. It's more dangerous in public than it is on social media. On social media you have the ability to control who your friends are and what you see. It's safer than being outside. So if social media scares you, then stay home and hibernate.

I'm working on a section of my site to list fellowships in my area. Which ones are good and which ones are to be avoided. My wife and I have had good experiences with some and bad experiences with some because of the Pastors teaching false doctrines. I want to help people find the truth. One of them about called me a liar thinking I didn't have a wife just because she wasn't coming to that fellowship with me. When she did come the truth came out that they thought I was a liar. When she did come she didn't like it and never went back. I didn't either and I know other people who left. We need good assemblies, not places that cast false accusations or teach lies.
