It is the glory of God to conceal things...
Proverbs 25:2 ESV
Some things God has hidden should never be explored. God has forbidden delving into them. That doesn't mean that they can't be known at all, but that it will be harmful for us to know them. "The Holy Spirit will lead you into all truth" should be understood as "all kinds of truth". See Deuteronomy 29:29.
Im giddy & grateful today because a much needed snowfall is coming tomorrow night! We are in a drought and we need every bit of precipitation we can get. We're hoping we get snowed in (steep drive, low car)! The last storm only gave us .01". The ground hasnt really been spongey or frozen hard yet because its been hovering above freezing most days. Normally its -10 F this time of year, and windy. But the warm temperatures have been a blessing on the utilities budget! Yah is so good and has such perfect timing!

Lily Portion for Today: Sunday January 07
Ladies, your families and children need to realize, that peace does not lie in the absence of war; it is a virtue, a state of mind, an attitude of reconciliation; trust and righteousness. (Prayer: Abba, reveal Your Love in us and inspire us to love one another and thereby find true peace in You, amein)
Rhy Bezuidenhout
10 Let no one be found among you who sacrifices their son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft,
11 or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead.
12 Anyone who does these things is detestable to the LORD; because of these same detestable practices the LORD your God will drive out those nations before you.
