First Fruits Ministries presents "Fruits of the Spirit: Patience,” the fourth part in a multi-part Bible-study series about the fruits of the spirit: https://odysee.com/@FirstFruit....sMinistries:b/Fruits This Bible study presents more depth about the long-suffering of the Lord and the long-suffering He expects from us as we await the coming of His kingdom. This is something He helps us with through His Holy Spirit.
The series is produced as part of the Bible-study ministry of First Fruits Ministries, an affiliate of Corner Fringe Ministries. Bible studies take place on the last Tuesday of every month at 7:30 p.m. EST. Guests are invited to join us on zoom or in person at 131 Amory St. in Manchester, NH. The ministry meets every Saturday at noon. Contact andrew@firstfruits.cc for more information.
Speaking about His disciples, Yeshua said “you shall know them by their fruit,” and Paul writes that “the Fruit of the Spirit is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-Control.” Dig-in with us for this multi-part series to learn what these “fruits of the Spirit” actually look like and how to apply the lessons learned to our lives. All parts of the series will be available on the First Fruits Ministries Odysee page: https://odysee.com/Fruits-of-t....he-Spirit:a9888782c1
And when Jacob saw them he said, “This is God's camp!” So he called the name of that place Mahanaim.
#genesis 32:2 #vayetsei
Mahanaim means "two camps". Consider these sets of opposing camps in this week's #torah reading (#vayetzei, Genesis 28:10-32:2) and Israel's history:
Jacob vs Laban
Rachel vs Leah
Man vs Angel
Jacob vs Esau
Israel vs Judah.
Some oppositions are within God's kingdom and part of his plan of redemption for both sides. Others are external and part of his plan to refine his people through conflict.

When we hear the word saint, what comes to mind? Our modern idea of sainthood doesn’t reflect the Biblical concept. Deuteronomy 33;2, “And he said, The Lord came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law for them.” The word saints in this verse is translated from — the set apart ones, the holy ones.
Thought for Today: Wednesday November 30:
In Matthew 28:20, Yeshua Promised the following: [I am with you always, to the very end of age]. He Promised this to all His disciples and it is a Promise that is marvellously inclusive. No situation is excluded; no challenge omitted. Dr. Handley Moule, the noted Greek scholar and bishop of Durham in England in another generation, maintained that the Word always could be paraphrased to mean: [I am with you all the days, all day long]. That thus means, that we can count on Moshiach’s Presence not only every day, but every moment of every day.
