And having seen the crowds, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, as sheep having no shepherd. Then He said to His taught ones, “The harvest truly is great, but the workers are few. Pray then that the Master of the harvest would send out workers to His harvest.
Mattithyahu (Matthew) 9:36-38 TS2009

The Dark Ages weren't marked by a lack of government or trade or learning, all of which flourished in some ways. The real darkness of that time was spiritual, the flourishing of theological lies in the name of Rome, the heir of Babylon.
But the Gospel spread and Yeshua won in spite of Rome. Truth can't be hidden forever. You can blanket the whole world in fog, but the truth will still find a way through.
#yomteruah is to be a "memorial of trumpets/shouting", but why? What are we supposed to remember?
Trumpets and shouting mark a number of events in the Bible:
1-Call to repentance.
2-Call to war.
3-Warning of danger.
4-Victory in war.
5-Arrival of a king.
6-Arrival of the Ark.
7-The Voice of God.
8-Feasts & celebrations.
9-Corporate worship.
When you read about the "final trumpet", think of Yom Teruah and remember the King.
