We can't escape evil. It's a constant feature in this fallen world. Whether it's the evil inclinations inside us, or the evil circumstances around us, we have the choice to embrace it, fight it, or endure it. The closer we are to our Creator, the greater the chance we will choose wisely.

Thought for Today: Saturday December 28
Too many people today feel that the old moral standards are useless and out of date, and they ought to be free about what is right and what is wrong. I wonder if we have honestly faced the logical result of this belief. What is actually being said is that there is no such thing as right or wrong, and we should be free to decide how we want to behave. The moral standards Elohiym has given us are always best – for society and for individuals. The reason is because He created us, He loves us, and He knows what is best for us.
((Important))!!!!
These verses showcase the refreshing, the gospel, the good tidings, which is "fresh" in the strongs.
Read over these verses and do like Isaiah 28:10, 13 say to read scriptures.
Romans 2:16>Matthew 4:23>Romans 10:15>Isaiah 28:12>42:21, 52:7, 40:9, 41:27, 61:1>Luke 2:10>Acts 3:19, 22-25>
Deuteronomy 18:15-18
• Be the "unjust steward"
This is the royal law. This is realizing we've all screwed the pooch and have failed our master. It's being wise enough to see what needs to be done now..."quickly, write a check for half".
That is to say, we all owe him a ton, but don't worry about all that right now, just tell them to keep the covenants of promise(10c and eat clean) and warn others to do so. That is being wiser than the children of light(Luke 16:8)
It's also fulfilling the Royal law of Leviticus 19:15-18, rebuking the sin in your neighbor. That is according to the 10 commandments. You must go and rebuke those in the church(the body) that are sinning, and rebuke the fabels of the apostate church(Titus 1:13)
It also means finding his lost sheep, preaching and teaching the Gospel to all, what he commanded us to do in the "great commission".
Repent or face the horrors of the tribulation and experience the worst part of it....the captivity.
Maybe Im stupid, but the ancients and renasance (sp?) peoples were astouningly smart the way they could track heavenly bodies, know the earth was round, and be able to calculate celestial events. I know much of it was observation and recording, but the calculations require so much time and meticulousness! Just think if the Romans hadnt burned the Alexandria library, how much we would still know! Yes, weve gained knowledge, but so much of the knowledge that was lost we may never regain. Perhaps it was Yahs way of preventing the tower of babel scenario again. But I am in awe of those with stupendous memories, those that just have to read something once and remember it casually. Rote memory doesnt work for me, and I have more trouble woth reading and auditory processing than when I was a kid. Ive lost most of my mathematics abilities, but my teen can read an entire series of novels @ 200 pp per hour and repeat it back verbatim months later. It takes me 5 minutes to comptehend one page and I wont remember it the next day. So all of you who are blessed with high intelligence: keep using it so you don't lose it. I once was a high honors student. Now I fain at the thought of studying 12+ hours per day. I couldnt even read fast enough for my seminary classes. I had to have my then preteen read and only highlight the important parts, which, to her, was almost everything. I know I couldnt keep up a single class of assignments now. True, I just went through a course, but it was geared to the less studious crowd. I could not aim for my master's anymore. I'm sorry for the long rant, but all you homeschooled geniuses need to appreciate what Yah gave you for brains, and parents. Im nearing 50. I havent been in school for 10 years now. I have some of my books, but if I didnt, all that kowledge would ne lost to me...i have to look everything up repeatedly. Thank you Yah for blessing so many with knowledge and good memories!
