Isn't it curious that people will look for peace and salvation anywhere, from greasy grace preachers to sex change operations to Yoga to weed to fad diets. People even wearing Chamas garb. The buffet line is open.
But say the word Torah and it's universally rejected.
Hmmm.

The term “Elders at the gate” has some important implications. The city gate is the threshold for the city, when you enter through it you are expected to live by the rules established for the city the same as you would when entering someone’s home. Lamentations 5:14, “The elders have left the city gate; the young men have stopped their music.” Without the elders at the gate there becomes no one to form a covenant of entry with which means that when you enter, you are free to do whatever you want because the rules or the laws have been abandoned. Without guidelines and rules of conduct in a home the family unit breaks down. In a community, neighbors become enemies and in a nation, society falls apart.

Shalom aleichem! Silver Trumpet Ministries will once again be gathering this coming Shabbat (saturday) at the residence of Hein & Gerda Zentgraf in Henley on Klip from 09:30. Daniel 7 timeline

Reading the #vision in Daniel 7, I see is from v1 to v14 and then the verses after Daniel asks for clarification of the vision. We therefore have the vision in 14 verses talking about the 4 beasts and Yeshua being given dominion.

My questions are:

1. Is the #timeline sequential in v1-14?

2. V13 & 14 tells of "The Son of Man Presented" before Father. Is this the same event described in Matt. 28:18?

3. Is Yeshua given dominion over all creation in multiple events or does it only happen once?

How do you understand this vision by itself and then in the greater context of Scripture?

I trust that someone with a deeper understanding can assist me on this as this is a rabbit hole which seems interesting to me, but I might be missing the mark completely.

A bit more thinking on this:

In Matt 4:9, Satan tempts Yeshua by offering Him dominion over all things. Yeshua didn't argue and say that He created everything and therefore have dominion already. He understood that Adam gave that dominion to Satan in the Garden.

After His resurrection, Yeshua said in John 20:17:

Jesus said to her, “Do not hold Me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to My brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’”

Then Matt 28:18 takes place which I believe is Daniel 7:13-14.

My thinking is that if the vision is sequential and Daniel 7:13 & 14 is the event in Matt. 28:18 then when John the Baptist said that the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand then it was truly at hand. The Daniel 7 prophecy has then been fulfilled and is not a future event as dominion can only be handed over once to Yeshua.

Yeshua, after 3 days/nights in the grave, ascended to sprinkle his blood on the true mercy seat, before returning.

I believe that the prophets make it clear that His dominion and crowning occur when he returns to take the throne.
