When it comes to the things of the end times, some of us will be Noahs. But many, many, many more of us will be Moseses.

Some think stoning is barbaric. The Creator who created them commands stoning. A person can only be more barbaric than the one who created them. Thus,

for them to think stoning is barbaric,

they would have to be barbaric.

Specifically, they would be more barbaric than they think stoning is.

"It is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fall." Lk 16

Technology is great when it works. Today we think of technology being some kind of sophisticated electronic device but a few thousand years ago how was it described? Genesis 5:20 — 22, “Adah gave birth to Jabal; he was the father of those who dwell in tents and raise livestock. And his brother’s name was Jubal; he was the father of all who play the harp and flute.And Zillah gave birth to Tubal-cain, a forger of every implement of bronze and iron. And the sister of Tubal-cain was Naamah.” Very early mankind needed to learn how to grind wheat for flower and then use the skills the Creator gave them to live. These things were at that time ground breaking technological advancements.

Calling of Bezalel

In Exodus 31 we see that Father says that He called Bezalel to be the master #craftsman for the Tent of Meeting and that Father put the skills within Bezalel.

I my mind, this parallels to Solomon and the #wisdom Father put within him, but I haven't given it much though until this morning.

Do you believe this calling of Bezalel was an overnight type of event or might Father have placed Bezalel in a position to learn while under serfdom in Egypt?

CONSISTENCY:

The Word says: “Let us not be weary in well doing; for in due season, we shall reap, IF we faint not!” (Galatians 6:9)

Possibly the 4 most dangerous words in religion "He Knows My Heart".

Sure, when we are doing our best, or the best we yet know to do, these words will stand true. But very rarely are they uttered of the grace that fills up our lack.

Sadly all too often we say "He Knows My Heart" as a means of rejecting the truth, an excuse for not doing what He told us to.

It matters very little which aspects of reality we deem important when the Most High has already declared what has value to Him.

Is that truly the measure of our dedication. "I know what He told me but I'm gonna just do it my way instead and He can just go ahead and understand my intentions."

What danger we court with that attitude. Indeed He does know our hearts better than we ever will. But even a child would be able to know them by such flippant dismissal of the instructions.

What is the goal of all our good intentions after all? Are we aiming to make our own version of religion and tell our Heavenly Father He needs to get on board with whatever we think best? Or are we truly seeking to conform to what He told us in His Word?
