Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 5:3 TLV

The "poor in spirit" are those with a penitent heart, and these are those who inherit the Kingdom. Those who refuse to repent of their sin will be exiled.

Ecc 3:1-22 KJV 1 To every thing there is a season (strong's h2165), and a time (strong's h6256) to every purpose under the heaven: 2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; 3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; 4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; 5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; 6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; 7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; 8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. 9 What profit hath he that worketh in that wherein he laboureth? 10 I have seen the travail, which God hath given to the sons of men to be exercised in it. 11 He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end. 12 I know that there is no good in them, but for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life. 13 And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God. 14 I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him. 15 That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past. 16 And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there. 17 I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work. 18 I said in mine heart concerning the estate of the sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that they themselves are beasts. 19 For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity. 20 All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again. 21 Who knoweth the spirit of man that goeth upward, and the spirit of the beast that goeth downward to the earth? 22 Wherefore I perceive that there is nothing better, than that a man should rejoice in his own works; for that is his portion: for who shall bring him to see what shall be after him?

BDB Definition:
time

experiences, fortunes
occurrence, occasion
Origin: from H5703
TWOT entry: 1650b
Part(s) of speech: Noun Feminine
Strong's Definition: From H5703; time, especially (adverbially with preposition) now, when, etc.: - + after, [al-] ways, X certain, + continually, + evening, long, (due) season, so [long] as, [even-, evening-, noon-] tide, ([meal-], what) time, when.
From this chapter, it is clear there is an appointed time/season and occaision/time for everything. If Yah made everything, and if Yah made the heavenly bodies of sun moon and stars to be for seasons and times (Gen 1:14 KJV And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:) why wouldnt we expect to look to the heavens for our calendar? There must be a heavenly signal to plant. Modern pagans use the farmers almanac in a similar way. There is a signal to reap: Spica rising with or before the moon. Virgo holds the abib barley we are to look for. The conjunction day before this begins the new year (at the next sunset). Yom Teruah begins at sunset when the new moon sets in virgo. I have not looked for the signal to plant, but there must be one, or the barley would not be harvestable at the right time. Yeshua's birth was even given a star as a sign that remained for at least two years (Mat 2:2-10 BSB 2 asking, “Where is the One who has been born King of the Jews? We saw His star in the east and have come to worship Him.” 3 When King Herod heard this, he was disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him. 4 And when he had assembled all the chief priests and scribes of the people, he asked them where the Christ was to be born. 5 “In Bethlehem in Judea,” they replied, “for this is what the prophet has written: 6 ‘But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah, for out of you will come a ruler who will be the shepherd of My people Israel.’” 7 Then Herod called the Magi secretly and learned from them the exact time the star had appeared. 8 And sending them to Bethlehem, he said: “Go and search carefully for the Child, and when you find Him, report to me, so that I too may go and worship Him.” 9 After they had heard the king, they went on their way, and the star they had seen in the east went ahead of them until it stood over the place where the Child was. 10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced with great delight.)

A minimum wage is another problem. It raises only after the prices go up. Like a circle. Outsourcing is a huge problem and only has big payouts for private corporations. If private corporations were forced to have the benefit of the people as a top priority then sure, privatization, but if not, then absolutely not.
