Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, to build him up.
Romans 15:2 ESV

How can we build strong relationships with each other and encourage one another to become more like Yeshua if we are constantly tearing down and sabotaging each other through callous words and thoughtless actions?

The primary goal of our gatherings as disciples of Yeshua isn’t to worship God, to coordinate ministry, nor to be spiritually fed by the pastor, although all of those things are good. Our primary purpose in gathering is to build one another up in faith through service, encouragement, and teaching.

We who are strong have an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak, and not to please ourselves.
Romans 15:1 ESV

The strong aren't those who believe that God has annulled any of his commandments about how his people are to live nor those who believe they are free to violate the commandments with impunity.

Those who are strong in the faith are those who have a better understanding of what is commanded and what is tradition, of how to balance the commandments where they appear to conflict, and how to "make a distinction between the holy and the profane, the unclean and the clean" (Leviticus 10:9-11) and to "stand between the dead and the living" (Numbers 16:46-50).

now i don't touch these chatbots, but that looks like a request to type in to one of them, see what it comes up with.
if it's really smart, you might find yourself looking sad and lonely at a blank screen...

Thanks for your comments, brother. It is always good to get another point of view. The specific text that you refer to, was given to me by the teacher whose message we broadcast. I can't say that I disagree with him, because "hard work" is more about attitude than anything else. A person can put in hard word and be exhausted at the end of the day, but to no avail if YAH is not honoured by it. If the priests simply carried out their tasks because it was the work, but their attitude was wrong, nobody would ever see the fruits of their labour. We don't perform "hard work" to impress YAH (as nothing will impress Him), but we perform "hard work" (serve Him with the right attitude) because we love Him.

The one who observes that day does so to the Lord. The one who eats, eats to the Lord, for he gives thanks to God; and the one who abstains, abstains to the Lord, and he gives thanks to God.
Romans 14:6 TLV

The only days that can be observed and honored or not as a matter of opinion in relation to eating or not eating are man-made days of fasting and Yom Kippur, and Yom Kippur seems very unlikely to be the topic here. This is about fasting days and eating meat of animals that might have been sacrificed to idols. See 1 Corinthians 8-10.

People see anything about an ambiguous "day" in Paul's letters and they automatically assume he's telling people they don't need to keep God's Law. That's just the rebellious nature of their flesh. Even in Colossians when he actually uses the word "sabbath", he is clearly talking about man-made traditions--he even says so--not God's commandments.
