Adonizedek (lord of righteousness) is essentially the same name as Melchizedek (king of righteousness) from Genesis 14:18. This was probably an inherited title of the king of Jerusalem rather than a personal name.

Shabbat assembly 2025/11/01

Shalom aleichem! Silver Trumpet Ministry will be meet again this coming Shabbat (saturday) at the home of Hein & Gerda Zentgraf in Henley on Klip from 09:30. While still following the daily reading of the Torah cycle, we now study the book of Revelation by means of a video presentation, examining it verse by verse. The meeting is interactive, therefore everyone present has an opportunity to read verses from Revelation, while finding references in other parts of Scripture. The session is limited to two (2) hours per Shabbat, after which we address any questions. The assembly ends with a hearty meal – see below for details. Even though the presentation is in English, we encourage our Afrikaans brothers and sisters to join in. Times stated are all SAST.

For those outside the Vaal Triangle, we do a remote, audio-only login through The Torah Network, a website similar to fakebook, but strictly aimed at those who observe Torah. The good news is that we now have a permanent 'classroom', therefore this link should be stored and used whenever you want to join. Deuteronomy 13:4, “You are to follow the LORD your God and fear Him. Keep His commandments and listen to His voice; serve Him and hold fast to Him.” The word serve in this verse is the same Hebrew word used in Genesis 2:5 when Adam is placed in the garden to tend it. Serving our Creator is worshipping our Creator.

let me see if i understand this.

this guy is telling us that once all (however many in total) books were written by inspiration, what then happened to those books was left at the mercy of mere humans, deciding for themselves what got included and what not.
so he's saying our omnipotent Creator either abandoned us, or isn't omnipotent, or allowed His Word to get messed with.

throughout the ages these books have not been available to all, but only to those with education.
in this last age, of education (nothing more than the ability to read) available to all, that what IS spread everywhere is that 66 book canon, with all its later additions inserted in the first centuries, 'pseudo-authors', and clear-cut attempts of humans to mess with the Word.

those other books were primarily for those few who could read them in those previous ages. those people in turn influenced those who came after, which convolutedly led to the formation of the 66 book canon.
now it may be that someone today can find new understanding in those other books, but they can also confuse, and they're definitely not available to all.
however many of the other books are included in one's version of the 'Bible', the 66 are alway there.

it's tempting to go look elsewhere, outside those 66 books, for understanding, i did too, initially.
or to doubt their veracity, especially knowing how they came to take form.
until i thought harder on Who's in charge, and what He's made available to all.
and looked again, and started understanding what those 66 books are telling us.
i know what i stake my life on.
