The context indicates that the disciples were asking, "To where will these people be taken?"
"Where the corpse is..." in Yeshua's reply means that the you can find the ones who were taken by looking for signs of death.
The clear implication of reading this conversation with no eschatological assumptions is that you wouldn't want to be the one taken.
